Full Service

Our Full Service Design is our most comprehensive offering, designed to assist and facilitate every aspect of your project from start to finish.

Whether you’re embarking on a new build, renovation, or refurbishment, we’re here to transform your space into something truly exceptional.

If you are interested in our full service, it is advised that you contact us about a new project at least 3 months before your refurbishment works begin and at the same time as enrolling an architect.

We’re working with Harman on our new build and she is designing the whole of the interior. After coming highly recommended we decided to arrange a call with Harman to find out more about her style and process. From day 1 she has been nothing but friendly and professional and seemed to really understand our tastes. She challenges all the right things and advises on suitable alternatives and really understood the style we wanted to achieve but with the practicality of having 2 small children.

We are still working with Harman and have no concern with recommending her work. Her presentation of work and designs is beautiful and the attention to detail was brilliant.

What Does Full Service Entail?

Phase 1: Interior Architecture

At the outset of your project, we collaborate closely with architects and builders to lay the groundwork for your interior space. We recommend bringing us onboard at the same time an architect is assigned. Our goal is to ensure seamless integration between design and architecture, resulting in a harmonious and cohesive space.

Phase 2: Design Concept & Visualisations

Once the interior layout is established, we dive into the exciting Design Concept phase. This is where creativity takes center stage! Our iterative and collaborative process involves you, the client, as we work together to create a design that aligns with your vision and lifestyle. For clients who find it challenging to visualize, we provide realistic visualizations to bring the concept to life.

Phase 3: Technical Specification

The devil is in the details, and our Technical Specification phase covers precisely that. From electrical and plumbing plans to tile layouts, joinery specifications, and panelling schedules, we leave no stone unturned. Our meticulous approach ensures that every aspect of your design is well-documented and ready for execution.

Phase 4: Procurement

Sourcing the perfect elements for your project is where our expertise shines. Whether it’s designing bespoke furniture, hunting down unique antiques, or collaborating with specific trade dealers, we curate a collection that reflects your style and elevates your space.

Phase 5: Design Management

Design Management is our watchful eye over the execution of your design. We’re on-site regularly, ensuring that the vision we’ve crafted together becomes a tangible reality. From coordinating with tradespeople to troubleshooting any unexpected challenges, we’re committed to a flawless process.

Phase 6: Final Install

The grand finale! During this crucial week, we orchestrate the installation of all components. From furniture placement to hanging artwork, we meticulously oversee every detail. Our goal is to present you with a fully realised, beautifully appointed space that feels like home.

Our Fee

Every project is unique, and our fees vary accordingly. To learn more about our Full Service Design and how we can assist you, drop us an email, and let’s schedule a call. We look forward to bringing your vision to life!
